Join us February 27 for a Roundtable on Navigating the New Presidential Administration

One month into the new U.S. Presidential administration, the levels of stress and uncertainty felt among institutions of higher education are high. Everything seems to be on the table and each day is a new headline. The good news, if there is some, is that you are not alone. Join your fellow colleagues and NAPAHE members for this special roundtable conversation on navigating the new presidential administration. Share what's on your mind and how you are helping your leader and your institution navigate the stress and uncertainty. This roundtable is open only to current NAPAHE members and will not be recorded. Pre-registration is required. Are you seeking opportunities to sharpen your skills and enhance your network with like-minded professionals?

  • Communications: Disseminates information to the existing membership via newsletters and social media. Generally meets 3-4 times per year. 
  • Conference Planning: Plans and executes the Annual NAPAHE Conference. Generally meets monthly July through March.  
  • Membership: Develops initiatives to attract new members, retain current members, and re-engage past members. Generally meets 3-4 times per year. 
  • Nominating: Nominates individuals as candidates for the Board of Directors and/or Officer positions. 
  • Professional Development: Facilitates professional development opportunities to include webinars and virtual roundtables, NAPAHE’s online discussion board, and peer-to-peer mentoring.  Generally meets 3-4 times per year. 
  • Sponsorship: Generates monetary support for the annual conference via corporate and institutional sponsorships. Generally meets 3-4 times per year.

Seeking Facilitators for 2025 Virtual Affinity Groups

NAPAHE is regularly seeking facilitators to host monthly affinity group sessions. These virtual sessions are 45-60 minutes. They are informal and provide an opportunity to network with others who hold a title similar to yours and to discuss topics of mutual interest.

As a facilitator, you would have creative freedom to run the group session. However, a simple agenda might look like: intro/icebreaker, topic of the month (of your choosing), discussion, then final remarks.
