Growth Champions Challenge

Help Grow the NAPAHE Community.

October 2026 - February 2027

The NAPAHE Growth Champions Challenge is a member-powered initiative designed to expand awareness of NAPAHE, welcome new professionals into our community, and strengthen the network of colleagues who support higher education's senior leaders.

Throughout the challenge, members can earn points, unlock recognition levels, and compete for special awards by sharing their NAPAHE story, referring new members, enhancing NAPAHE's visibility, and helping grow the association. Top participants will be recognized during the 2027 NAPAHE Annual Conference.

Why Participate?

NAPAHE's growth has always been driven by members.

Many of us first learned about NAPAHE because a colleague invited us to attend a conference, participate in a program, or explore membership. The Growth Champions Challenge is an opportunity to pay that experience forward.

Together, we'll:

  • Increase awareness of NAPAHE
  • Expand our reach to new institutions and states
  • Welcome new members into the profession's leading network
  • Strengthen our community ahead of the Annual Conference
  • Celebrate members who help NAPAHE grow and thrive

These goals support the campaign's focus on expanding awareness, increasing institutional representation, and generating new engagement leading into the Annual Conference.

How it Works

Members earn points by participating in campaign activities throughout the year. Activities include:

  • Sharing your NAPAHE story on social media
  • Leaving a review of your NAPAHE experience
  • Submitting a member testimonial
  • Referring new members through NAPAHE's referral system
  • Participating in special bonus challenges
  • Expanding membership participation at your institution

The more points you earn, the higher your recognition level.

Phase 1: Share Your Story

Starting October 2026

Before we ask members to recruit others, we're asking you to help tell the NAPAHE story. During October, members can earn points by completing any of the following activities:

Phase 2: Expand NAPAHE's Network

November & December 2026

This fall, the challenge shifts to member referrals.

Using NAPAHE's built-in Refer a Colleague feature, members can invite colleagues from other institutions to become part of the NAPAHE community.

Successful referrals will earn substantial points and unlock bonus opportunities throughout November and December.

Phase 3: Grow Together

January 2027

As we kick off a new calendar year, the final phase of the Growth Champions Challenge will focus on sharing NAPAHE with colleagues at your own institution. We'll have a special promotion opportunity to upgrade your membership at a reduced cost in order to invite a colleague to join your existing membership roster.

Successful roster additions will earn bonus points to count toward the leaderboard listings.

Additional details will be released this winter.
